Very purple colour, sign of its youth. After a cold soak, in nose it is reminiscent to flavours of cherry, jam, berries which are so characteristic of this variety. As the wine opens in the glass, we start finding lactic and toasted flavours provided by the light oak aging which helps it gaining complexity. In mouth it becomes tasty and fragrant. In the end, it is long and persistent, but always keeping its softness of Grenache.
Very suitable to pair with summer dishes such as, pasta, rice, blue fish, as well as with tapas and other kind of finger food.
